The TEC stop ‘Bas-Ransbecq’, served by lines 57 and 127, is fifty metres from the entrance to the Practice car park.
How to contact us:
The website www.neptune-medical.be is available 24/7.
- Every working day, between 8 am and 1 pm, the telephone line (02 354 48 91) is answered by the office secretariat.
- Every working day, between 2 pm and 3 pm, one of the office's doctors can be reached by telephone for teleconsultations. Each of our doctors has access to patients' shared medical records. We ask that you do not call at this time to make an appointment. We also ask that you keep it short and concise: These telephone consultations are only intended to answer one or two simple questions, not to replace an appointment.
- Every working day, after 3 pm, the office can still be reached by telephone to respond to urgent requests that cannot wait until the next day.
- After 6 p.m. on weekdays, weekends and public holidays, call ‘1733’ to find out the number of the on-call doctor.
Consultations
All medical consultations are by appointment (RDV). You can make an appointment either via the website (24/7) or by telephone, in the morning between 8 am and 1 pm at 02/354 48 91.
- Each appointment is made for a single patient: 2 patients = 2 appointments
- We reserve a few appointment slots each day for the day's emergencies. These are reserved for our patients in order of DMG. They do not appear on the website and must necessarily be reserved by telephone.
- Please always bring your identity card and a mutual insurance sticker when you come to the office.
- Dr Baade offers video consultations allowing you to benefit from a remote medical opinion, without moving, when your situation does not require a clinical examination. Video consultation appointments are intended only for patients followed in the office, and can be made by phone with the secretariat. The reserved time slot is approximate and may vary depending ont the day's emergencies. On the day of the appointment, you will receive a secure link to join the consultation on your mobile or computer. All consultations are carried out via a secure platform, ensuring the confidentiality of your exchanges. These consultations are billed through a third-party payment system, with the patient's co-user charged.
Home Visits
The three doctors in the practice make home visits (VàD) when necessary and according to their availability. These VàD are exclusively reserved for patients of the practice who cannot travel (nursing home, too sick, too old, end of life, etc.). It is often difficult to specify the time of arrival of the doctor at home because it depends on the discharge schedule and unforeseen emergencies. Any VàD is requested by telephone and will be confirmed by one of the doctors.
Medical reports, test results and prescriptions
- Sending any medical document by email (e.g. blood test results) does not comply with GDPR regulations. To obtain them, first visit the website www.masante.be or the laboratory website. The practice does not print test or analysis results outside of an appointment.
- These results are preferably discussed in an appointment because they are not always easy to interpret and the news may be good or bad.
The doctor will only call his patient back if it was agreed to do so at the time of prescribing the examination or if the results indicate the need for an urgent reaction. - Requests for prescriptions for physiotherapy or imaging are only made by appointment.
- The forms, questionnaires and documents to be completed by the doctor will processed exclusively during a consultation and cannot be completed outside of it.
- To avoid us having to repeatedly prescribe too many electronic prescriptions, we ask that you plan to prescribe your chronic medications for the next three months during the consultation. Thank you! When these medications have reached their end, we will renew this prescription only once by telephone. The next renewal will necessarily be done in a clinical follow-up appointment. This allows us to follow our chronic patients at least twice a year.
